EASY Crochet Flower Pattern

Size: About 3 inches in diameter

Materials: Medium (worsted) weight brushed mohair blend yarn, 1/2 oz (35 yds, 15g) pink

Hook Size: E/4/3.5mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge

95 small opalescent beads Tapestry needle

Gauge: Rnd 1 =1 inch

Instructions

Note: Thread beads onto yarn before beg. Ch 2.

Rnd 1: 10 sc in 2nd ch from hook; join in first sc.

Rnd 2: Ch 1, sc in same sc; ch 3, sk next sc; *sc in next sc, ch 3, sk next Sc; rep from * 3 times more; join in first sc.

Rnd 3: *SI st in next ch-3 sp, ch 2, slide bead up and hold at back of work, in same sp work [hdc, slide bead up and hold at back of work] 4 times; ch 2, slide bead up and hold at back of work, sI st in same ch-3 sppetal made; rep from * 4 times more; join around post of first sc of rnd 2.

Rnd 4: Working behind petals made on previous rnd, ch 3, [Sc around post of next sc, ch 3] 4 times. Do not join.

Rnd 5: *SI st in next ch-3 sp, ch 3, slide bead up and hold at back of work, in same sp work [dc, slide bead up and hold at back of work] 5 times; ch 3, slide bead up and hold at back of work, sl st in same ch-3 sp—medium petal made; rep from * 4 times more; join around post of joining sc of rnd 4.

Rnd 6: Working behind petals made in previous rnd, ch 3, [sc around post of next sc, ch 3] 4 times; ch 3. Do not join.

Rnd 7: *SI st in next ch-3 sp, ch 4, slide bead up and hold at back of work; in same sp work [tr, slide bead up and hold at back of work] 7 times; ch 4, sI st same ch-3 sp—large petal made; rep from * 4 times more; join in first sl st.

Fasten off and weave in ends.
