BASIC STITCHES: Ch, sl st, sc, dc, tr.
Row 1: With white, ch 91, tr in seventh ch from hook, (ch 1, skip next ch, tr in next ch) across, turn.
Row 2: Ch 1, sc in first st, (ch 3, sc in next tr) across, ch 6; working on opposite long edge, sc in base of same tr, (ch 3, sc in base of next tr) across. Fasten off.
Row 3: Working in ch-1 sps of row 1 behind ch-3 sps on one long edge of ribbon, join blue with sl st in first ch sp, (5 dc in next ch sp, sl st in next ch sp) across.
Fasten off. Working on opposite long edge of ribbon, with red, repeat row 3. Weave scalloped ribbon through sps between tr with ends extended 1⁄2" on each end.
Fold one end of crocheted ribbon over the other forming a loop at top (see photo); glue to secure. Glue ribbon roses over front fold. Glue pin back to wrong side of crocheted ribbon in back.
