Minature Dachshund Dog Sweater

I have knitted this sweater 4 times now in different yarn, but this is my favorite. Made in Sirdar Crofter DK yarn. It is a self patterned yarn new from Sirdar that knits up like a fairisle pattern. The pattern I used, I adapted as crofter yarn looks best in stocking stitch. I used a free pattern from http://www.knittingcrochet.com/daccoa.html and knitted the center 53 stitches in stocking stitch, keeping the sides in suggested 2x2 rib. I also made the neck/collar twice as long so that I could do a turn back collar.
