Easy baby blanket crochet patterns correction

Hi Linda,

I am working on your pattern for a baby afghan called Elijah's Blanket(for my first grandchild)..I am now doing the border but am confused.

The directions say to go around the border 4 times in single crochet. Then the 5th row says, "ch 3, *skip dc, dc in next dc, ch 1, repeat"..I am confused because there are no dc's in the 4th row so how can I skip them in the 5th row.....please help?

Hello Susan,

You are so right this row is written wrong. There has yet to be any dc. So the row should go like this:

Row 5 – Ch 3, * Skip sc, dc in next sc, ch 1, repeat * around.

Sorry for this mistake. Congrats on the new grandbaby. My first great grandchild is due in May.
