Crochet and knitting yarn online a collecting addict

Hello.

I've crocheted since I was a child when I learned the craft in girl scouts. Thirty years later, I find myself hooked to the rhythm of hooking, so to speak, to keep my worries away as a single parent who is out of work, like so many others. In the past two years, I have made afghans, hats, scarves, etc.

I find it nearly impossible to resist the urge of bidding on ebay for yarn lots, and have more yarn stored in my condo than I could probably ever use in my lifetime. My daughter is threatening to make 'no more yarn' signs and post several on every wall. My boyfriend calls himself an enabler as he lets me know when there is an estate sale within 45 miles that advertises yarn.

It's time I start making smaller items so that I can market them to support my habit. I look forward to trying some of your patterns. Thank you for allowing us to use them as we see fit. No worries...I have NO intention of selling your patterns. Plus, because I get bored with following someone else's pattern to a 't', I am certain I'll make adjustments to whatever pattern I glean from you.

Hi Denise,

It is always fun to hear from another addict “yarn addict that is”. You are just like so many others and myself. Once we get “hooked” it is all over but the shout. I too can not pass up a good sale on yarn. My husband says I have a small store in the back. But the colors and the feel of each skein just can’t be passed up.

Discount yarn

I keep my eyes open for discount yarn where ever I go. When I see the signs for discount yarn than visions of many projects start popping in my head. And yes I do have 3 or 4 projects going at one time.

Earn extra money at home

I do hope you sign up for the ezine as there are ideas for the home worker and where to sell your projects. Also will have lots more information to help with their business.

Thanks for sharing with us and happy crocheting.
Linda
